To install skin to 8start Launcher, download it and unzip to the 8start Launcher skin folder. For example, if you install the 8start Launcher in "c:\program files\8start Launcher" , after 8start White skin installed successfullly, you should able to see "c:\program files\8start Launcher\skin\8start White" folder with all the neccessary .jpg/.png and .ini files. |

| When I developed 8start Launcher, skin changable is one of my concern, as I use microsoft media player and winamp, I like their skin changable feature very much. It make the application beautiful. However, I am not a good graphic designer, and the 8start skins took me 1 week to do and redo it (spend about 2 hours per day).
