Some shortcuts not working

I have a couple of shortcuts I put into 8Start that don't start the program. If I open 8Start\settings\use old method\use file explorer, I can see the shortcuts and if I click them they work but not from the 8Start user interface. The shortcuts are

Simply Good Pictures 4 Free and Family Tree Maker 2014
