i am using the program and everything is going on just fine, but! - one little suggestion or even a question if you like.
If try to name the group in other language than english (e.g. cyrillic) i get kinky letters instead of normal ones. is there a way to fix this?
thanks!:)

What programming language and technologies are used in 8start?
I'm sure that it has UTF8 support libraries.

find out how to add utf8 support into your program and this will solve your problem
convert every received string to utf8 and it almost all known languages will be supported
or move to VB.NET =)

I have spent many times to let 8start Launcher support unicode, too bad I fail to do it.
VB6 not able to read the unicode file name, I will keep on trying to solve the problem
